United States Delivery Delays3 June 2020 | Admin A number of customers have emailed asking if their orders will be delayed due to current situation regarding coronavirus. The good news is that even in countries that are on full lockdown, the postal service is still running as normal. We use Royal Mail to dispatch all orders. UK customers will continue to receive their order within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. Ireland and the rest of Europe will continue to receive their order within 4 to 7 business days. We are advised that a number of USPS facilities are now either temporarily closed (mainly due to the ongoing rioting in the US), or working with a skeleton staff, due to the ongoing worldwide Pandemic.In particular, this has affected all incoming International Tracked mail deliveries, such as ours, as the ICS (Identification Code Sorting) offices are particularly affected.If this situation changes, as the situation develops, we'll keep you fully-updated.
